Link Pages: Addresses Completed for You and Safer Saving

Link pages now fix up web addresses for you and save more reliably.

• Addresses completed for you. Type example.com and it is saved as https://example.com, for links and call-to-action buttons alike. Existing links without https:// work too. Text that isn't a web address is refused with a message.
• Clearer saving. Every link needs a title and an address. Instead of a greyed-out Save button, the form tells you what to fix.
• All or nothing. Your page and its links are saved together, so a failed save never leaves half your changes behind.
• Theme settings saved. Theme options such as the QR label are now stored, and labels like "QR Label" display correctly.
