New: Blog Author Profiles
Blog posts can now credit their author. Set up your Blog Author Profile once from Settings (display name, bio, link, and profile photo), and it's automatically attached to every new post you publish — no need to fill it in per-post.
- Author byline (photo, name, bio) now appears on every blog post theme: Basic, Magazine, Elegant, Minimal, Modern, Nightfall, and Brutalist.
- Author name links out to your profile link when one is set.
- Author info is included in page SEO: meta tags, Open Graph, Twitter Cards, and JSON-LD structured data, so search engines and social previews correctly attribute posts to their author.
- The blog post editor shows a read-only preview of your author profile when creating a new post, with a quick link to set one up if you haven't yet.
Existing posts are unaffected and simply have no author until republished.
